> Mr. Mellucci, you are a professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. In recent years, the figure of the real estate agent has evolved, also adapting to changes in the real estate market. Can you explain how this evolution has influenced your professional choices over time?
I am sure that the figure of the real estate agent has transformed by adapting to the changes in the market and its needs, and I am more than convinced that the same figure has become that of a consultant over the years. So on the basis of this I consider myself a real estate consultant and as such, in the course of my business, I have made choices considering consultancy as a strength, the right choice for my clients, for my business and for myself.

> How did you start your business in the real estate sector? And what did you mainly invest in?
I started more than 20 years ago with my own Real Estate Agency like any tenacious and curious young person facing this reality. I have personally invested in training and professional updates since the beginning. However, I realized that over the years my Real Estate Agency, even if it gave me great satisfaction, needed to be recognized not only locally but also outside my area.

> Hence the idea of entering a real estate franchise?
That's right, so I chose to become part of a Real Estate Franchising that could support me in professionalism and sharing. But times change and a couple of years ago I realized that Franchising no longer satisfied me, I needed to feel independent but at the same time I wanted to remain tied to a valuable and nationally recognized brand; the choice was difficult and even risky.
